Fiona‘s first degree was in Economics at the University of Sydney. She also studied Psychology as a major part of her degree. Psychology was her first love. She was intrigued by what makes some people more successful than others. From her research, she found that those people who could think laterally had far more success than those who did not. She also found that lateral thinking was the path to getting insights. It is those insights that provide the best possible answers – whatever the problem.
Lateral thinking combined with journal writing is the fastest and surest way to evoke insights.
Excited by her discovery, she spent the next 20 years interviewing and teaching people, from all walks of life with all kinds of problems, how to get insights – and thus how to be successful. Fiona refined the technique into a user-friendly app called #Confidence. She has written 2 books. The first book, also called #Confidence, details how to use the app to boost your self-esteem. The second book called #Love, shows you how to boost your love life. These tools are available to those who want to overcome their roadblocks, so they too can be a success.
I help people find their confident self and life’s purpose.
Are you tired of not feeling that confident, capable and happy version of you that you can and deserve to be?
I’m Fiona, and I’ve dedicated the past 20 years of my life to helping women of all ages become the best version of themselves. I’m incredibly lucky to do a job I love so much, and I’ve been blessed with success.
I know that lost and scared feeling too well.
My parents split up when I was 3 and I was sent to boarding school from the age of 5. My confidence was crushed and by the time my school days were over, there was not much left of me. As a young adult, I was incredibly shy, unsure of myself, and felt like a leaf blowing in the wind.
So, I dedicated my life to building myself back up.
My credentials and career
I studied Economics at the University of Sydney, majoring in Psychology. My research focused on the effect that success had on one’s confidence and self-esteem. Why were some folk successful and others not so? The answer seemed to be connected to people’s thought processes, particularly whether they could think laterally or not.
During that time, I discovered a simple and highly effective way for anyone to become the confident, happy person we all deserve to be.
Helping women find their confidence and life’s purpose

Today, I have condensed my coaching into short, tailored programs here on my website, helping hundreds of women of all ages gain self-confidence and discover their life’s purpose.
I look forward to helping you enjoy and achieve all that you deserve in life too.
