In this Program, you will learn what anxiety is, what triggers it and how to deal with it. First, you will look at faulty thought patters. You will be given effective techniques that help you recognise what thought patterns might be contributing to your anxiety. Then you will learn how to challenge them. Next, you will be given ways to deal with your situational fears and phobias and how to solve your problems. Plus you will be given exercises that help you cope with excessive worry. All these approaches act like a reality check. Once you have a more realistic picture, you can allay most of your fears. If you suffer from chronic anxiety, please consult a health care professional. This Program is not intended to replace therapy. However, it can be used in conjunction with therapy. For those you with intermittent anxiety, this program uses techniques based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Mindfulness.
